We have been doing fully virtual events for a while now, whereas most companies couldn’t wait to go back to delivering live events for fear of the internet dropping out on them or a virtual speaker arriving late or with very little time to spare. We were happy and have ended up specializing on how to make virtual events as smooth and as engaging as a live event.
We deliver lots of Virtual events for various clients all year round. We have a dedicated virtual events studio that has a dedicated internet line and a back-up 5G router. Dedicated machines to ensure we are in the best place to ensure your virtual events stays on and as clear as possible.
Advice for using green screens from home to the best of your ability if you’d like to give your audience a more immersive experience. We can help with all of the content and advise on how best to create as engaging virtual event as possible using gamification and polls to name a few.
We can provide all the live event equipment and tie it in with our cameras and streaming equipment to enable a live broadcast or recording. We are comfortable to deal with live and remote speakers and can deliver training on how best to use the chosen platform whether that’s for speakers to get the best result of their session or for attendees to have the best possible experience.
We stream to all desirable platform, YouTube, Facebook etc. We also stream to custom websites and platforms as long as we can be provided an RTMP link, but let’s not get too technical. Essentially we can make it happen, we can even create you a personalised landing page so that your event is completely original and if necessary private.
